We have more than 4500 Teachers-Teaching Online and at home presently. The contact hour for each
student is 12 hours Per Month (Online,At Home), and We Pay Rs 1200 to each
teacher for each student upto Class Ten. The Teaching rate is Rs 250 per
hour(Online, Home) for classes higher than Tenth Standard. From 1/9/2010 We
Charge Rs 500 as Registration Fees from each teacher enrolling with us,
This is because at last moment the teacher backout and express his/her
inability to take class. Under such circumstances the Registration Fees of
the teacher would be forfeited and he/she would not be considered for
further classes. We had lot of trouble in regulating teachers, so we have
decided on Registration Fees for every new teachers. The Maximum number of
students a teacher can entertain is 40(Till Class Tenth) , and he can earn
Rs 48000 Per month, but that would be heavy work load. We try to give 20-30
students to one teacher.The class timings are 10PM NIGHT TO 8 AM Morning.
The Sunday is off. As far as classroom coaching is concerned, we are at
developmental stage. At each centres there are eight staff members, their
breakup and salary is as following:
Physics Teacher One salary Rs 20000
Chemistry Teacher One salary Rs 20000
Maths Teacher One salary Rs 20000
Female Counsellor One salary Rs 8000
Support staff Two salary Rs 5000
Typist One salary Rs 8000
Attendant One salary Rs 4000
